Orange young people build the company of tomorrow

Our Challenge

Develop the entrepreneurial spirit of 30 talented young people under the age of 30 and from all professions.

What we experienced

Since 2015, we have been supporting Orange France's La Petite Fabrique programme. Each year, a call for applications is shared with young people under 30 and 30 of them are selected on non-academic criteria to participate in a 6-month coaching programme consisting of 9 days of training.

The participants follow a 3-phase pedagogy: an inspiration phase to better understand the challenges of Orange France and to be inspired by intrapreneurs who are moving the lines; an introspection phase to identify their talents and the theme on which they wish to work as a team; an action phase in order to experiment with entrepreneurial work methods (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, collective intelligence, pitching...) through an innovation project.

At the end of the programme, the teams present their project to the CODIR and some of them get support for the realisation of the project.

What this has made possible

Each year, the Petite Fabrique brings together a community of young people who want to change the face of business.

Over the 6 seasons, La Petite Fabrique has accompanied 190 young people from Orange France who have developed a real attitude of involvement in the Group's strategic issues. The programme has enabled them to gain confidence in themselves and in their ability to defend and promote ideas within the Group.

Some of the participants' innovation projects were also deployed at the end of the programme.
